Date: July 22, 2002

Objective:
Megan will repeat and correctly follow two-step directions 5 times during a 30- minute session.

Sauce; Crayon; Pencil
Erasor; Box w/Lid; CD case
Markers; Bag; Picture frame

(*Any items that client is able to manipulate will work.*)

Results:
Megan was not very involved in the lesson. She seemed to lose interest after about 20 minutes. Megan did not meet her goal in the session, she correctly repeated and followed the two-step directional tasks only 2/50 times. This was her first session attempting this goal. In her last session, Megan achieved mastery, at 90%, when only asked to repeat 2-step directions. Megan will continue working on the same session goal until she repeats and correctly follows two-step directions 3 times.

She improved 8% from her last session going from 4% to 12%. Megan will continue working on the same type of tasks in her next session, but she will strive to repeat and follow two-step directions 10 times during the next session. She will continue working on these skills until she achieves mastery, at 90%

Next session goal:
